How our auto transport service works
We work with a hand-picked team of car hauling professionals – (also known as carriers). These are the folks who pick up and deliver vehicles to auctions, docks, dealerships, and private residents.
Our carriers deliver vehicles all over the continental United States in a fleet of open-air and enclosed trailers that can carry 1-2 cars at a time, as well as the bigger 10 car haulers.
The advantage of a 1-2 car hauler is that it can accommodate heavier or wider vehicles, that 10 car haulers cannot.
For instance, a Ford Transit van would only be able to fit on a 1-2 car transporter. It’s too big to go on a 9 car hauler.
And if you have a luxury, vintage or classic car, you’ll probably want an enclosed trailer. This will keep your vehicle well protected.
Our carriers can handle both operable and non-operable vehicles.
But keep in mind, there is a surcharge for non-operable vehicles. This is because your driver will require specialized equipment to load it onto the trailer. (This is another advantage of working with a broker. We can connect you with the right carrier for your needs.)
All of our carriers are registered through the Federal Motor Carrier and Safety Administration (FMCSA), and carry up to $1,000,000 in insurance for damages (per vehicle).

The Longhorn Road Runners headquarters is in El Paso, Texas, so most of our runs originate out of Texas, New Mexico and Arizona.
However, we also have driver affiliates all over the US. So if you need a vehicle hauled in Florida, California, New York, or anywhere in the US, our team can handle it!
Individuals
We are specialists at small hauls, which means we’ll typically get your vehicle delivered faster than other car hauling companies. Whether your vehicle is being moved from Texas-to-Texas, or somewhere in between, we’ll get it there safely.
Dealerships
If you’re looking for a car hauling team to handle your frequent moves, count on us to transport your stock between locations, or even out-of-state. Our Dispatcher, Monique, is standing by to help you get started.
Corporate Relocation Services
We provide vehicle transportation services for an entire company, or a single employee. And yes, we are available on short notice.

Our carriers know their way around Manheim and Copart. Need it delivered to the dock? No worries. We can handle that part too.
How to get started...
1. Use our Quick Quote form to enter the date you’d like to have your vehicles transported, how many cars you need moved, as well as the starting and end destination.

2. You’ll be given a delivery quote. That quote includes pick up and drop off at your listed destination(s).
3. If you accept the quote, you’ll sign off on it. Payment must be made before the driver picks up your vehicle. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
